Meghan Markle is getting married at Cana in Spain, where she has already been to a wedding in February.
She was the first to make the short walk from her home in the US to the ceremony, but was told that she could not attend because of a visa issue.
“I’m not really a big fan of the whole visa thing, and I really want to have this wedding in Spain.
I have no regrets about being in the United States,” she told Sky News.
The wedding will take place at the Spanish resort town’s Palma de Mallorca on Saturday, December 11.
Ms Markle and Prince Harry were among the guests in the ballroom, with their two daughters and a baby boy in tow.
The bride’s sister and her husband, John and Markle’s son, are also expected to attend.
The ceremony is a major one for the couple, who have already taken the lead in securing the rights to the royal family’s name.
“It’s going to be a big event for them, and it’s going a little bit different for us,” Markle said.
“We’ve got a couple of very important things to do.
I’ve got to tell the kids about this, and we’ve got lots of other things to get done, so it’s a very important time for them and for us.”
